Etelu provides inbuilding wayfinding solutions along with industry specific features for healthcare and educational facilities. Each app involves Shannon safely navigating through the often complex arenas of creative direction and wayfinding project management. He collaborates with Etelu’s app developers and clients to design app user interfaces that improve the user experience at facilities. Each app emulates the client’s own brand guidelines. To develop the wayfinding feature for facilities, he manages the process of collecting large amounts of spatial data, creating coherent floor plans and integrating floor plans with the Etelu Route Mapping Tool. The app received an honorable mention for “Best Mobile App 2014” in Ragan’s Health Care Communication Awards.
